Jon Nagelkirk of Ottawa Kent has earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counsler (CIC) from the National Alliance. The CIC designation is a five-session program for experienced insurance producers and service representatives. It addresses technical knowledge of all forms of insurance products, marketing knowledge of those who buy insurance, and how to manage office operations to facilitate sales. Jon is the Operations Manager at Ottawa Kent. He is a licensed agent and also holds the CISR designation.
