Vicki Stroven, Kenda Novak and Janice Chapin from Ottawa Kent have all completed their AAI designation. The AAI designation is a nine-session program for experienced insurance producers and service representatives. It addresses technical knowledge of insurance products, marketing knowledge of those who buy insurance, and how to manage office operations to facilitate sales. Taking the necessary classes to earn this designation shows their commitment to their customers by increasing their insurance knowledge in many different areas.
